About Us.

We are a small accountancy practice, which has steadily grown in size. We have 3 dedicated members of staff who are available in the office Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm. We have over 27 years of combined experience to draw upon.

We offer a friendly and efficient service to clients who range from small turnover sole traders through to larger partnerships from various traders and professions.

We believe in a personal and friendly approach which enables clients to feel at ease.

Above all our aim is to offer services that are tailor made to suit each individual client allowing for their business size and circumstances.

Our Services.

Our services range from general advice and book keeping up to final accounts with self assessment tax returns.

Book Keeping.

The book keeping service is tailored to meet each clients needs. This could be on site, or in house. We understand that each company has its own requirements and therefore this needs to be taken into consideration. Accounts can be prepared on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis depending on turnover and clients preference. Management accounts can also be compiled on request.

Tax Returns.

We complete tax returns manually or via the Inland Revenue website, allowing for deadlines and client preference.

SAGE Payroll.

We use a Sage payroll package; this allows us to produce computerised payslips on a weekly, fortnightly and month basis, depending on clients needs. All year end documents are also produced using Sage and are filed electronically with the Inland Revenue. We run payroll for small companies with only 1 or 2 employees through to larger concerns with a varied employee base.
Virtual Office Services. A virtual office is a service also offered which our clients find useful in helping to make their businesses more efficient. This can range purely from answering the phone and taking messages through to full administrative support with invoices, quotations and debt collecting. We have found that this has taken some of the stress from clients so they can then focus on their day to day workload.
